Root superuser

Is there a way to get the superuser permissions icon out of the app list and off the phone? I used univerandroot or whatver it was called a while ago and rotted then unrooted a couple times. The first time I rooted and unrooted the icon was gone from the app list. Then I did it again and the icon has stayed there. The universalandroot was uninstalled and everything but the icon is still in the app list and in the manage apps menu. How can I get rid of it? Unfortunatly I knew the risk of doing it and didn't really give a shit but now my phone may need some work and I don't want verizon saying sorry can't help ya.

If your returning it to Verizon I recommend you put it all back stock.
Try my method of doing this. It will get rod of that Icon and anything else not stock for sure.
