Hey guys so the update has been out in a bit. I was wondering if you guys notice any changes in battery or camera or anything else for that matter. Is there really a need to upgrade whether it be stock or custom?

The unofficial version has been out on XDA for about a week I believe. I haven't seen any posts dedicated towards any one improvement. The main "issue" was the new Hboot currently being cracked so that root will be available for unrooted phones....

battery life has been equivalent opinions of no change, better, worse

still waiting on more info as to what the camera "enhancements" are.

I must not being paying attention. Theres an update? I'm guessing rooted users can't update? correct?

I got some voice mail message that showed up yesterday saying there was an important update available, but today its gone. I just checked for firmware and software both said no update available. What dose this fix and where can I get the update?

no i would use the leaked update that is over on xda ...can't find it right now for some reason or i would link you to it

Hey Mods...any reason why this was moved to support and troubleshooting? It's a just an inquiry and not a trouble or issue question.

If i use that update from XDA, will that conflict with my current rom? Should i wait till my Rom comes out with a new version which is today i think.

If you are rooted make sure you do the deodexed rooted version. If you're running custom rom then check with your dev to see if they have an updated rom. If you arent rooted then you can do the standard one.
