did he remove swap support on the kernel?
It's the same kernel I think. I supplied Richard a logcat. He has asked for a bit more info, but that will require a flash and pc access

and The Rastaman. Yey

Lol Rastaman you have told many off with good reason though. Sometimes the info they want is a page behind and they cannot be bothered to read it.

Well, some members just deserve more than a mouse click! It's for the best really
I don't deserve threads about me or thanking me. We have the thanks button![]()

Cheers dudes. I enjoy helping and answering questions, so no worries. Its pretty much the only reason I keep coming back. Questions of my own tend to go to XDA now![]()

i have more of an attitude though
i tend to tell people off alot lol

Perhaps we could all club together and get him a present.

Before I rooted the desire I had rooted a hero so was familiar with what it was. I had the odd question here and there with the desire but mainly it was googling and research and the knowledge just builds up.
I still rely on forums for sources of information, tricks, people correcting me when I'm wrong, new modifications etc.
Now its predominantly Rom and mod developers I turn to.
I work in IT anyway so I find it easy to pick new things up. I do things myself a few times, get things wrong a few times and I learn best that way
