Thanks for reply, the same widgets are fine on other home replacements - this is just a problem I get with SH.

Yeah but other home replacements don't let you randomly edit/change/replace the complete UI on the fly in real time. Android's image handling, among other things, aren't really designed for an app like Sweeter Home.

Not to mention, the widget framework hasn't received ANY attention since 1.5...
