SwiftKey: getting worse?

This probably sounds weird, but it seems like the prediction of SwiftKey has gotten worse for me in the past several weeks. I don't think anything has changed on my part, but less and less words seem to be coming out correctly. Anyone else experience this?

I must admit I didnt like the prediction part of swiftkey. What I found was that if I swiped a word and the wrong word was selected then I would have to delete the word and try again and probably end up having to type it in. I far prefer Swype keyboard that rather than predicting next word, shows alternatives for the last word so if it did not show the right word you can very easily and quickly choose the correct option. Other advantage with swipe is if you get a word wrong and hit x to delete, it deletes the whole word making correction far easier whereas swiftkey only deleted one letter at a time.

I have kind of noticed the same. It happened when Flow was incorporated. Flow beta was great, but when it was incorporated into the main app, seems prediction took a hit.

Swype is much better than Flow because Swype allows you to select a different word after you finished typing it. For typing by dragging across the keyboard, Swype is better. I find that SwiftKey is still better when pecking at each key. I type both ways, so I have both keyboards and switch between them depending on how I am typing.

I started having problems right after Flow was introduced. I uninstalled it and went back to stock for a while. I just re installed it yesterday, and now it seems to be working great and the prediction is back to what I love about SwiftKey.

I haven't noticed any degrading in SwiftKey ability to predict words at all. There was an issue a couple of weeks back which I'm pretty certain was only with the Dolphin browser, as it didn't happen with any other browser. Once I updated the browser the predictability was restored.

I'm using dolphin browser now to write this.
