switching to Verizon, is that a mistake?

i'm curious as to how the merger of t-mobile and sprint would affect the mobile industry......that was my only hesitation. it might have improved cellphone reception possibly. being in LA, sprints coverage was hit and miss sometimes. now with verizon, i do not have to worry about dropped calls or not being able to connect to the internet.

i will still monitor and see how the merger goes.......if and when it happens, that is.

Yeah I don't know if it will happen or not, but it would have an impact for sure........

So I said to the wife, for our use and the price, let's try Cricket wireless, no contracts and affordable rates and taxes included. As you know they're owned by AT&T. They also come with issues, like all the other 3 major carriers. For me and the price, I stuck with them and deal with the odd issue here and there.

.
I also am using Cricket wireless and have been for years. Never a problem and great coverage in my areas of Michigan

I moved to an area where my Verizon's iffy. ATT is the carrier of choice in my new area. I have another line on my phone with a local ATT phone number, keeping the old Verizon number on another esim. ATT downloads and reception are remarkable, here. Verizon is unremarkable. I am currently running a T-Mobile trial. It is very unremarkable here.

I knew ATT was the service here, because I tried Cricket. I needed ATT over Cricket because I do virtual work and if the cable goes out? I'm dead in the water, so ATT is unlimited without a cap. I need that.
