Once I found out android was linux based just had to find the right steps, permissions and applications to fix this. I am almost done with setting up my droid and I only had the phone now for three weeks. MetroPCS Corporate wanted to give me a refurbished phone and no knew the age of the refurbished phone. I clearly said to the rep. do not waste my time with this nonsense I will fix it myself. He responded with suit yourself. I will review a number of youtube videos before I do anything else plus familiarize myself with this technology.
