Swype now available for all!

delete it and re-download swype again but this time make sure you download the FULL version not the english/spanish one and also you have to go through each step and dont hit the back button it has to configure on its own. thats what i did with mine and my girlfriends phone and we are good now. :)
 
I have had swype beta for awhile, and yesterday it stopped working and I keep getting the error "Your trial period has ended. Please upgrade your copy of swype." I tried updating to the newest version but it didn't help. I tried licensing it but it didn't work. I deleted all traces of it off my phone. Redownloaded the latest version, licensed it again and yet I still get the same error message. Any ideas?

It is a known issue that rebooting can cause Swype to "lockup" or "die". The best advice I can offer anyone is that if you intend to reboot, simply disable Swype under Language & Keyboard, then reboot and re-enable it.

yeah. This method does work, but not worth the effort, imo.

A full pay version from the market is likely to have the same or similar bugs. The issue is arising from the feeble attempt to prevent piracy. The result of this is more piracy. These guys are smart, it is a shame they have no business sense.
 
I can't even get it to download on to my Dinc. I click on the link in the email and when I check the download, it says 'download unsuccessful'.

Thanks for the tip but unfortunately it did not work for me :(

Any other ideas?
 
I got it but its not as good as I expected it to be. The text predictor is not as good as the stock DINC keyboard IMHO. But its definitely fun to play with though.
