Help Sync calendar-->Difficult!

I have a Desire Z. I also have an LG Optimus One. I want to sync my calendar from the desire z to lg. simple task. but in reality it is very hard. i have been working for a couple of hours, but i couldn't find any solution.
please, help me.

How is your calendar currently stored? I think the easiest solution would be to sync the Z's calendar with Google Calendar then sync the LG with that. Thereafter changes made on one device will be automatically reflected in the other.
