Help sync internet problem

in google account i can sync everything but internet

i read that it has something to do with chrome but i have tried everything including delete chrome data, sign off and sign in, nothing works

the only way i can get sync internet to work is to remove my account and add it again. but if i delete chrome data again, it fails

I pointed you to a solution that worked for others with the same issue. If I knew any more I'd have told you. Have you asked someone at Samsung, who are more likely to be able to answer that question?

i want to know how to solve it, not how to avoid it

did u not think i tried google before posting here? why would i waste my time posting and waiting for replies when i could spend 5 seconds on google and get results

u could always close my thread when i try to find someone else for solutions to the problem instead of avoiding it if u feel i'm wasting ur time
 
Nothing in your original post mentioned using Google Dashboard to clear the data. I'm also not telepathic, so was unable to determine exactly where you've previously searched for help.

please refrain from posting unnecessary comments. you have agreed not to waste your time on my threads anymore, so let's keep it that way. let someone else who actually knows what's going on post their answers

clearing the data using the google dashboard or the chrome browser or the chrome app on the phone all produce the same results. it's the same google account linked with all devices. it doesn't take a telepathic to figure that out

also, what was your first clue when i said i've already read about this issue? i'm having problem with google related device and since google is pretty much the biggest search engine in the world, i'm going to try to search for help somewhere else instead?

p.s. spend a little more time doing research and less time removing/editing someone else's posts so you don't waste your time in the future
