Help Syncing issues - Skyrocket Galaxy SII

For the past three hours, I have been trying to sync my contacts with my social networks and it will not work! I have even tried to clear the data from my contacts storage and it won't work. I have uninstalled, reinstalled. I've tried everything. It just keeps saying 'Sync is currently experiencing problems. It will be back shortly.' .. Please help!!

Try a reboot? And make sure your connection is good.

If you mean shut down the phone, and take out the battery, I've done that.. it still isn't working :/

let me know if you are still having issues. Believe it or not the servers do occasionally experience issues and sync will go down for hours. It should come back up tho

assuming you still have a problem and its not a server-issue, what if you add a contact in gmail. Does it appear in your phone? Does the sync work in one direction but not the other?

Yes exactly! It seems as if it's syncing everything EXCEPT the contacts for my social networking. uggggh.

Select Menu
Settings
Applications
Manage Applications
Click on all NOT dowloaded
Go to contact storage remember contact storage not gmail
Click on clear data
Now sync only contacts I guarantee it works.

It will work others told me it does if it doesn't let me know but main thing is find contacts under allocations then contacts clear it. It will delete contacts but when u sync it they all cone back
