The Android operating system does a lot of different things, and each of them requires its own set of instructions. As complex as Android has become (and as much storage as it takes up), that doesn't surprise me at all.

they are system apps. you can''t delete them unless you root your phone. which in turns gets rid of any security you have on the phone.

just do a factory reset and start over. and set-up 2 step verification where possible. if you are absolutely still paranoid, then i would just get a new phone and again make sure that all of your passwords are changed and you have 2 step setup as well.

Not sure why Android randomly does this but the date 12-31-1969 is known as the UNIX Epoch date. I've had other phones bug out this way but it was the system time that done it and boy does it cause chaos when it happens! Now last week Windows 11 bugged out after an update that made it think the year was 5022!

It's the start of the Unix Epoch. I suspect it just means the device's clock wasn't set when the firmware was loaded during production, and nothing any more nefarious than that. PCs(DOS & Windows) can do a similar thing, but they usually default to 1st January, 1980.
