Root system apps??? HELP

i recently rooted my ally with z4 and got velocity .3, i lost the sys app backup assistant, and because i dont really like google backup app i was wondering if anyone would know where i could get backup asst back

Pretty sure its in the market, under the verizon section where vcast and vvm are.

unfortunately, i also lost the market. anyway you could export those apx files and send them to me?

if you download a stock rom it will have everything you need, just extract it and pull out what you need

turned out that i still had the sys market. just wasnt looking hard enough... ive been up a couple days working on this.
