Root system apps safe to remove?

as the title says does anybody know a list of apps okay to remove? Like boost id ... Or ones that I should not remove?
 
Honestly, what I did when I was using the Warp was make a nandroid, delete, reboot. If it failed...restored the backup.

Obviously, contacts, mms, systemui, framework-res all need to stay. Mobile ID can be delted, I know that much.
 
If you don't know what your doing or how to recover from a soft brick. I would say wait for CWM or for me to post my list. I have removed pretty much all the bloat from my device, and will be posting a rom as soon as CWM is finished.
