Root System ROM and Internal Memory on rooted Evo

So it's been a week since I first rooted my 2.3.3 evo. I've tried 3 roms so far. I just flashed EVOlvedROM r3chargeD and it's made phone really slow. I thought this was odd because when I was using Mik3d beta yesterday my phone was just fine.

So I thought maybe the available memory in my phone might be contributing to this.

My system ROM has 11.7 MB free out of 367 MB
My Internal Memory has 67.7 MB free out of 446 MB
My SD card 1.84 GB free out of 7.75 GB.

I could be wrong but this doesn't seem ideal to me. Does anyone have any thoughts?

Some 3.0 roms require you to partition your sdcard to allow you space for your apps. Most will take all but 50-75 mb of you memory and leave you limited space for apps. How many apps do you have installed? Did you make sure to get a good wipe before installing the rom? Your sdcard space is likely related to roms and nandroids taking up the space. They take up alot so it is a good idea to only keep a couple nandroids and the current rom you are running on the card unless you are looking to flash another right away. I copy the other nandroids to my pc for safe keeping. If I don't use them in a couple weeks, I will delete them. I keep a few very old ones though to make sure I have my wimax keys saved.

Hi Xtreme - Accoding to TB, I have 81 user apps. Yes I wiped my cache, d-cache and data three times and used superwipe. I do actually have 5 nandroids on my SD card. I have my very first nandroid w/ wimax and a few others. I will just keep the first and last one on there and store the other ones on my pc.

I flashed back to mik3d about an hour ago. I now have:

4.46 MB of System Rom Free
68 MB of Internal Memory
The SD card still the same.

Thanks for the suggestion Tube. I've been considering doing this. Are there any kinds of apps that are unsafe to move to sd card?

The android system will not allow you to move apps that can't be moved (the move to sd button will be greyed out). However, if you use widgets on your home screens, don't move the app to sd for those widgets that you use. It will prevent you from using the widget if the apps is moved to sd
