OK before I start this I will give the source of my info is here T-Mobile G2: Everything We Know and Nokia's QWERTY-slidin' N9 shows up in the wilds of China (update: running MeeGo!) -- Engadget. By now we know what both devices looks like what the software and operating system of each device looks like. Both devices have a tilting screen and four row qwerty keyboard. We also know the T-Mobile G2 has a 3.7 inch wvga(800x480) capacitive touchscreen and Nokia n9 4 inch but we don't know if the screen is wvga(800x480) or nhd(640x360) but the screen is capacitive. The T-Mobile G2 We know that Nokia n9 has an 8mp camera with dual led flash but we don't camera the T-Mobile G2 is. The T-Mobile G2 runs on Android 2.2 without HTC Sense and Nokia n9 runs on MeeGo 1.0 with Nokia software skin and enhancements. T-Mobile G2 has the Qualcomm scorpion MSM7230 and processor of the Nokia n9 is unknown some think it is a 1ghz Arm cortex A8 and other think it is a 1ghz Qualcomm Snapdragon. T-Mobile confimed that the G2 will 4g through hspa+ and the device has the standard wifi, bluetooth, and Gps and other connectivity is unknown. The Nokia n9 has the standard wifi, bluetooth, and GPS. Both devices can record and playback 720p HD video. Storage capacity of both devices is unknown some say the Nokia n9 will 64gb of storage others say it won't. So based on everything we know about devices which seems better this is just open ended question. In my opinion I would go for the G2 because it has 4g (through hspa+) and has overall better design. I would get the Nokia n9 because it would be the first MeeGo device. Again feel free to answer.

If the Nokia does have a high resolution screen (800x480 or better), then I think hardware-wise, the N9 would be better. If only Nokia made Android phones.

Just from the way it looks, the Nokia keyboard looks more useable. IMO and from someone who uses soft keyboard, so take that for what it is worth.

I am far from being a Nokia fan but I would go for the Nokia (if only it was running Android :))

N9 seems really impressive

I thought it had a 12mp camera though?

Also I dont think G2's speakers will ever match Nokia's N/X series ones :)

Actually the keys look a lot more raised and rounded on the T-Mobile G2. I think the G2 the keyboard is better, but I don't like how the symbols are the same size the letters (that is just a small quirk).
