So i fixed my problem and flashed these 2 ROMs but both do not have google play or Gmail, how do i get google play so i ca install my apps?

Did you flash the gapps?

Yes you need the gapps in order to have the Google apps.

On the pacrom forum it will give you the link to download gapps download and flash in recovery that will give you the play store and Google stuff back
