nope, I think it depends who you speak to, the first person I got through to didnt have a clue and said I couldnt get my full discount as I had employee discount if I was to upgrade via cpw, but this guy managed to sort it out.

Just try asking for him if you are interested in getting one, you may get more than the

Hi daivik
I rang 150 and went through the options to get through to retentions. i stated i wished to leave cos my contract was due to end middle of may and explained they didnt have the handset i wanted. worked out a new deal beating the ones available online. They added this info onto my account an:)d once in CPW the staff there ring up tmob and liaise. All your info comes up in the shop showing how much discount youre entitled to off the phone. CPW price is

Thanks for this, phoned t-mobile yesterday to end my contract and get my pac code as they don't have this phone yet. Customer management phoned back to ask why, told them was after the galaxy s2, they said wasn't gonna be ready until June!!! Anyway, think I'll be dropping into CPW on my way home tomorrow!!!

You need to speak to tmob 150 first though, I would suggest simply going through to upgrades via 150 and say

"I am looking to upgrade via cpw, can you add the allowance onto my account, so when I upgrade in store, they can see how much I have"

If they ask if you are interested in a particular handset, say no and that you want to upgrade through them to updates quicker.

CPW do the sgs2 for

Thanks for the update everybody. My deal is that my contract ends in December but because I have a sim only rolling contract after it expired earlier this year I can upgrade at any time during my contract. Doubt that I would get the allowance

Well i just phoned t mobile, saying i wanted to leave due to them not having the phone i wanted (sgs2). They told me i can get it from either chitter chatter or cpw..have to pay

When I spoke to one of the sales team this morning all they could say that they was not going to get the phone untill July - Aug. But when I spoke to them in the evening they told me that they was going to get this phone soon. I mentioned about this Friday and they said yes but was not allowed to say just incase it is a little later.

Just hope they can offer me a good deal and this phone does not cut me off from calls.

600 mins, free calls to t-mobile, , unlimited txt, unlimited internet (subject to fair usage 1gb etc), 18 month.

I need to know if chitter chatter phones come unbranded or not...anyone know?

i dont know for sure, but i'd guess not as t-mobile don't have them yet, and any "branded" stock they have would have to come from t-mobile themselves.

best to phone them and ask, let us know how you get on.

T-mobile are now saying the 27th May till launch date. Just cant wait need one soon. All they are doing is putting their bits and bobs on the phone which is annoying to customers anyway and I will prob get rid of them anyway.

Hey guys,

So i phoned Chitter Chatter, and asked if they come unbranded. They told me they come unbranded / unlocked. :)

I ordered it today with the contract they offered me, just said to them that t mobile put my new contract information on the system and they found it quickly.

I asked when will i recieve it first, and they said tomorrow via Royal mail between 9am-12pm.

So hopefully i should have the sexy new GSII tomorrow!!!!!!!!

Hope my posts help some of you guys out with upgrading etc.

Hi all,

Its me who is waiting for delivery from Chitter Chatter - they first said that i would have delivery last Thursday, then they called that day saying it had been delayed and it would be early this week, but had an email yesterday saying they had no further news and were waiting for TMob to allow them to release the phone(??) Is this a crock of you know what do you think?
Getting impatient now !! :-)

Just go to Phones 4 U or CPW. I just don't understand why people buy phones through carriers anyway. Full of their own bloatware, slow to update to new versions & more expensive.

I had 5 months left on my old contract and the money i got for my Desire 2nd hand more than paid for it so i strolled in the shop and walked out with my new SGS2. Can someone explain why they insist on going through the carrier if they are not business users?

i go to tmobile because of convenience, but that has gone out of the window now that i realised how much longer i have to wait for OS updates. my Hero is my 1st smartphone.

usually phone them to see if i get some money off then take the best of what they offer me. from now on, i will try to use cpw where possible.

Chitter Chatters are non branded..well at the moment anyway. Not sure if this will change once t-mobile actually release the phone.

I'll let you all know what happens tomorrow, if i recieve it or not LOL. :)

I have to go through T-Mobile because when I tried at CPW T-Mobile told them I couldn't do it through them because I'm on a 12 month sim only contract. Now I have to wait another two weeks. Damn.

but if t-mobile have offered a discount and put it on the system, then you could probably pay the difference without changing your price plan.
at least that's the way i've always done it.

so if your already on a 18 month contract and happy with it, just pay the difference a getg the sgs2.

Is it right that tmobile and orange use each others networks but if you are on the tmobile network then use the orange signal its only 2g? Or can you use the full signal for each?

The phones been available on tmobile via the retailers for a while. I generally dont bother with upgrades unless it works cheaper than a new deal. Ive been keeping an eye on what the retailer and networks have been offering. Deals are changing daily. www.comparemobiledeals.com/mobile-phones/Samsung/Galaxy-S2

I think tmobile recently reduced their data allowance on a lot of their tariffs. Im sure it used to be unlimited or 1GB. :( Tmobile and orange deals were the most tempting due to the combined signal but Im not sure on the download speed?
