tablet with nightmares

What is the possible cause of a self-waking Asus tf300 tablet? Which is my tablet it is just sitting there when it wakes up

I don't know the tablet either. Possibly you have an app that is waking it? Follow my friends link to your tablet's forum. Maybe you can find an answer there.
