Sorry TT is a paid app and is copyright. So discussion of APK is against the site rules. If you want the later version and you paid for the app, simply uninstall the update or send an email to the dev. Sorry, thread closed.
Try looking in your phone settings in the applications section for manage applications. Find tapatalk and see if there's an option to remove/uninstall updates.
