Root Tasty Froyo PLEASE HELP - im stuck

hi there
i gt tasty froyo rom but i reckon cpu settings i put to high
and now there is nothing i cant do with me phone

keep stucking and drawing logo od icecream
if i will go power and vol up it will 3 times vibraiting and nothing black screen
and i i go power and vol down its menu but there is no recovery upthere

wooot 2 do ??
pleaseee help me chaps

That's to be expected; recovery is HOME + POWER.

Wiping cache + dalvik-cache then reflashing the ROM should reset to defaults without losing any apps/settings. This assumes you followed RaduG's advice and didn't use a third-party app such as SetCPU to set the clocks.

after u have answered for my faq i figured out somehow that was HOME AND POWER
but it went to menu and it was saying like clearing and later CLEAR -than my phone restarted and all work fine now. i need to set all frm stratch though . shall i still go to

If the handset is booting normally now then there's no need to wipe or reflash.
