Teeter

I like it but I think there's a problem. Every time I re-start a game, I tap continue. But after I made it past level 13, every time it reverts to level 13. One time I made it all the way to level 21, closed the app, and the next time wanted to try level 21 again but it reverted to level 13. Is this a bug in the app? It was like this on version 1.5 and still the same on 2.1
