Temperary work around for browser stuttering

The browser seems to have a lot of problems--not sure about how Dolphin-would run, but here is a simple workaround. You have to turn off javascript--which kinda sucks--but hopefully a rooted ROM will fix that.

The browser does not do this on a lot of pages. Its not that big of a deal.
