Tension between HTC and Verizon over launch?

Considering nothing is happening today and the article contradicts general business logic, seems the article is bunk. Nothing happening today alone, takes care of that.
 
Yeah I posted a related article yesterday saying the same thing. Most people don't believe it but I could see it being true. If I were HTC I would be upset/angry as well.

Besides, the lines about "TB's already sitting in stores" and "been ready for weeks", should apply as BS to most rational thinking folks :)
 
android central and droid forums are starting to close all threads that mention release dates. Really giving it to Bennnnn and that moderator with 15,000 post that sides with him.
 
Actually I bet internal politics/arm twisting has been done by Apple/Verizon. It's why I hate apple they use mafia tactics behind the scenes to hold other vendors phones/products down as much as possible.
 
If there's a push to move the Incredible, it would seem that would be to clear inventory for the Incredible 2, already in Verizon's inventory system, per reports over the past few weeks.

Speaking the Incredible 2...What exactly is the allure of the TB over the DINC2?
