Root [Tether] WiFi for CTmod rom

I am using this version :wifi_tether_v3_1-beta11.apk - android-wifi-tether - WiFi Tether for Root Users 3.1-beta11 *** BETA *** - Wireless Tether for Root Users - Google Project Hosting

I am on it right now as I'm typing this .

I don't know why yours is crashing on start up .... that's weird .

If you get this link to work , go in to settings/change device profile and set it to Samsung Galaxy Indulge THEN go in to settings/change setup method and change to Softap for Samsung (master) . That will enable TRUE wifi . :)

Edit:
One thing that I do want to add. After using wifi tether, regular phone wifi has to be reset by rebooting the phone in order to work. That's the only issue I've found with the beta version I'm running.

Did you try setting up a wap2 password?
That's what I need and why it crashes on me.
Same settings as yours.

hey wet,
ive been trying to figure out whats wrong with the two prevails at my modding disposal.

and as far as i can see and confirm,
CTMod 3.2 CAN
run it.
(wifi tether v X.X.X beta 11)

so i installed
On both phones.
CTMod 3.2
one i didt mod it even more.
the second one i did add the WP7 theme
and i also added KK 1.2 to it.
i do belive that the theme wont have to do anything with this.
so
as a conclusion and hypothesis.
i have rounded up the canceler
to be the kernel.
i still cant confirm this.
as to my very low research on this.
im still asking questions.

it works on mine. just running CTMod 3.2

but on the other one.
its CTMod 3.2
with KK 1.2
and WP7 theme.
but it just crashes
i set them both up right.

idk what it could be then. XP

i used the latest one. wich is 3.1
(blood only changed a few things to make BT work again and some other small things so i decided that 3.1 is almost like 3.2s framework and it worked good.

i WAS running FA19 and i thought that was the prob.
but i went back to ej06
GB and i build up from there on both phones.

edit: it used to work for the second phone(i dont really need it but the second one does.)
