Help Tethering-Battery Question

So for the summer im stuck at my grandmothers house with no internet access. there are no unsecured wireless networks around so I plan on using my dinc as my internet for these months. My question is if i leave it on for extensive amounts of hours on (say about 8 hours a day) will the battery suffer? will i be better off taking the battery out while im tethering or using my stock battery, since i have the 1750 and dont really care what happens to the stock battery.

What he said, I tether pretty much for 5 hours+ everyday, its my only internet source its a very great reliable one to

yea i tether at my house too all day bc i dont have internet here either but u will be fine

It will hurt your battery if it gets really hot and stays that way for a long period of time.
