Help Text message drafts folder

I tried a search for this but couldn'tfind anything. If a start a message then back out it says message "saved to draft" but I cannot find a drafts folder. Does the evo have a drafts folder for texts?

*edit it only happens from that favorites bar

I don't have a drafts option. only an undelivered option

in the past mine have always been within the threaded conversation with that person...next time I open or when I reopen that thread the text is there in the input field. add to it and hit send or hit send.

Interesting. My undelivered is what stays in my threaded conversation.
 
If you have drafts that have been saved, when you go into your messages you should see this if you select "menu".

I wonder if you have in the settings "Delete old Messages" selected? I am thinking that if you have it selected AND you have hit your maximum allowed messages under "Text message limit", then it treats your drafts as a message and has no where to hold the draft.

Also, does this happen with every contact? Some contacts may have under the default 200 messages per conversation, so their messages will save as drafts OR the text that you have typed will stay in the input field until you delete it or finish typing your message.
 
just made a draft on purpose backed out and got the "message saved as draft" notification when I go back to the same thread and hit menu the only options I get are from left to right all messages, new, attach, ( bottom row) delete, add subject, and search. I'm not rooted so I can't share my screen.

It isn't the message limit as none of the threads I have on my phone now have more than 50 messages in them.

All of your saved drafts will be under menu then drafts period. Just like Cactus73. There is nothing else to say about this one. Don't go to the thread. Just open messages app and hit menu. SIMPLE. I'm sure your just over looking something. It happens from time to time.
