Help Text Whild Scrolling?

When scrolling on settings menu, etc. the text appears to break up or look rough. It goes back to normal when I stop scrolling. Anyone else notice this?

I'm rooted and have memory set by a root program. I always run smoothly so I don't see what you are talking about. (root is a healing of all evils. )

It still scrolls fine but text and icons and such look like they're pixelating while it scrolls. Still smooth though

That's it, pixelating or look jagged. Yeah, scrolls fine, just text shouldn't look like that. I submitted a bug report.
