Root Texts stuck in sending...

Newbie
I tried the 3g boost qpst hack and now I can receive texts but can't send any. Not sure if it was due to the "boost" effort so I put it back on mobile IP but no luck. Already restarted it just in case, no luck. Anyone got any ideas?
 
what ROM u running?? If its a custom ROM try the MMS fix
search "MMS fix lg optimus m" and u should be able to find it
wipe dalkik-cache and cache and then flash it

If your on a stock ROM and not rooted, idk what to tell u except get rooted and install a custom ROM, make sure u follow EVERYTHING correctly

Yeah I'm running kelsomod. Will the mms fix a SMS problem?
 
Cleared the caches, flashed the fix. The Messaging icon is now missing...might explain why it wasnt working to begin with... seems like it got deleted somehow? (Ive had problems with transferring data to SD card before...it deletes the info and the app doesnt work)
Know where I can re download the messaging app?

I think its time you backed up the entire microSD card and then format it and put everything back on it, you probably did have a bad flash to begin with..
 
I did that before but it keeps messing up apps if I place them there. Theyll go "missing" ... found the essential apps (Free Cloud Storage - MediaFire) site. Think Im missing the Messagewidget and mms apks.

Keep trying to install MMS.apk but keep hitting problems... through adb on pc I get a error:closed when I input adb shell and through root explorer I managed to place the mms.apk and odex on system/app but the permissions keep changing back to rw-rw-r and the app wont install... -_-

Had to flash the ROM again but backing up to an earlier nandroid backup could have also done the job.
