BE PATIENT!

Surely everyone is sick of people crying for 2.1 on hero.

Either Root, wait or cry like a bitch...

they're you're only options....and the latter isn't taken too well on forums

Wasn't crying like a bitch, just asking a question. Cool dog in the pic, ha.

Good god that is ugly. It looks like cheap airbrushed plastic.

Its the same phone as the Supersonic. No way in hell Sprint and Verizon make phones that look identical. Here are the two side by side, same phone.

not the same phone at all. phone on left (supersonic) has larger screen stretching farther to the bottom of the face than the phone to the right (inncredible). also the circles around the buttons on the supersonic are not present on the incredible

thankyou

I don't think it's all that good looking of a phone to begin with....I'll wait until 2.1 Rooted ROMS hit the streets :D

the supersonic looks like the most sexiest hardware I have ever seen on a phone, the incredible not so much. They are comparable, but as 20+ people have said to mbell (the only person arguing they are the same phone) the phones are different and it would not be surprising to see two similar phones go to Verizon and Sprint with slightly different hardware (eris and hero)....so, if I have to wait slightly longer for Sprint to release the Supersonic, it is worth the wait.

especially with wimax

i just had a geekasm

4G ohhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!

Incredible, Bravo, Supersonic.....They're all starting to run together to me.

Am I correct so far in this?

Incredible = Bravo on Verizon
Supersonic = HD2 with Android on Sprint with 4G

Just trying to wrap my head around all these oh-so-similar looking things...

The Supersonic is a myth an nothing more. Just because there are a few shots of it sitting there dont prove anything and there is NO real confirmation of it going to Sprint. I wont believe it until I see someone playing with it and see a Sprint logo on it.

FWIW, the Hero's Wikipedia page has been updated and its saying the 2.1 update will come in March. Here is what it says, we'll see....

HTC Hero - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

"HTC has announced their intention to release an update for the Hero in the first half of 2010 that will upgrade the Android OS to version 2.1 while incorporating their Sense experience. This news was released via Twitter on December 17, 2009[14] this after an initial announcement that it would be updated to 2.0 on October 28, 2009.[15] More specifically, T3 have announced that it is likely to be released in March 2010"
