Errr..I've never seen the others before, so SGS2 for me.

Without the S at the start, I read it as one of the T-Mobile US rebranded phones like the G1, G2, G2X. GS2? Is that a slider phone like the Desire Z? Using II instead of 2 rather defeats the purpose of a shortened name, but as long as it is unambiguous, it doesn't matter that much.

If I spell it out completely, I've used II. But since I'm abbreviating, SGS2 seems to be the simplest way to quickly identify the phone correctly.
