HTC eris confirmed to have update to version software 2.1 by around feb.7 or feb.8. software release date confirmed by HTC rep. assuming this Motorola should be releasing their update this week. once confirmed will check back.

So basically this is just another rumor. Don't get everyone all excited again for nothing. Unless you have a credible source that can be verified by other members then it's no good.

Yes...Please site your source. For some strange reason, I've gotten my hopes up too many times for this update, and I've been burned each time...you'd think I'd learn my lesson!! Until I hear a valid source, I won't believe it...

I guess I am going to start this forum back up. I read an article that was posted today saying that Motorola had up that 2.1 will be released this week, but then they took the info down. Read the article and make up your own mind.
