The new Samsung S5 soon to arrive.

the S4 was the galaxy S3s haha
Well... I'm pretty happy with my garnet red S3 the way it is with 4.1.2 and will leave it like that until my contract expires. Tech changes so rapidly that I'm not going to even think about what to get until March 2015. It's just a guessing game in the next year for these phones. I love 'em though! :D

The SGS3 has served me well for over a year and a half and it is still serving me well. I see no reason to spend money on a new phone to replace a phone that doesn't need replacing.

The only thing that would get me to ditch my SGS3 is if there were a landscape keyboard slider phone with flagship specs.

My current LG G2 (a beast of a device btw) replaced my older Gs3, quite frankly I'm very happy with the G2 opposed to the former.

I'm switching devices very often, I'm sure I'll find something to replace my g2 soon. It won't be the s5 though.

Or a Samsung for that matter.

Nope.

Touchwiz uses about 6 gig of the internal memory for crap like the heart rate monitor (a free app from the play store FYI). The things I do like are mainly the camera features but chances are they will be moot if I put AOSP on it.

Gonna wait till HTC show what they've done. Again though I feel their dual camera feature (from what I've read is gonna give depth and bokeh effects to pictures) will be moot if I stick AOSP on it but id have to see what sense is like first.

Again a another feature I'm seriously unhappy with is a 5.1 inch screen. 4.8 on the S3 is great but pushing the boundaries for me but it looks like I haven't a choice since that's the way every flagship is going :(

Nope not upgrading to the S5. Got the s3 right now and have had it since it first came out. For me when I reach my upgrade in August I'll go for the Note 3 which will be fine for me for the following 2 years.
