On the other hand, the Darling Bride and I are just ten days away from our 33rd anniversary. Former tax deduction son got sneaky and caught a short video of the two of us, dancing in the living room while belting out "You Light Up My Life" in an acapella duet. Love is a good thing...

Umm...there are only 365 possibilities for the *Anniversary* date. Well, 366 if you include February 29th.
Now if it's the date you were married, so that you have to also know the year, well...

Marriage isn't all that bad... in fact, I quite enjoy it. It's easy to pursue my true love after I've caught her: but pursue her I will, because I never want her to think that I've stopped chasing after her heart.

I once volunteered to pickup a truck load of those blasted B{l}arney dolls, at the behest of my then wife. The truck itself was loud enough to completely mask a torturous murder, yet, all I could here was those rotten dolls and that incessant sound of (overly joyed) annoying songs. I never cared for the character to begin with. Then to listen to that through out the entire 5 hour journey of transporting the load, ..... it was challenging. But it did please many children come Christmas that year.
Moral of this tale/memory:
The smile on those faces by far out did the worst of hearing such annoying "glee".
I'd likely do it again if asked.
His funeral is next Tuesday
