The Official "I've got mine" Thread

It's not really mine but we have it in at work. And there is one thing I'm really impressed by and that's the fluidity. No lag, no stuttering, nothing. It's liquid smooth.

@abird and sherlock (btw my old stomping grounds is Atlanta),

I fully expect to see you both post tomorrow in the "I've got mine" thread when your device is received...

No it hasn't. Thousand of people have ordered this device. Revisit the video I posted earlier to understand the magnitude of what goes on to get these products out. Nothing short of amazing.

I'll try to watch it later.
I've spent years in logistics and have always been amazed how fast these phones move. I get excited for all big launches and even if it's a phone I'm not getting, I enjoy the enthusiasm leading up to actual delivery.

I don't recall a time yet that Sprint customers didn't start getting their phones early. I don't count the HTC customs fiasco cause that was outside of Sprints control.
 
Dear Newegg, Shut up and take my money!!!! Seriously, they won't charge my card until the phone ships, and they claim to be shipping it tomorrow. If it ends up at a fed ex center close by on Saturday I WILL drive over and pick it up! lol
 
Last check before going to bed tonight and my One is in transit from KY, hope that plane has enough fuel for an all nighter to HI! ☕
 
Couldn't find one in Wales for love nor money so I had to buy a unsealed new silver 32gb on Gumtree. Had it for a week and it blows my iPhone 5 out of the water :-)

OK, not really, but it seems like I`ve been waiting for ever fo my sim free Black One here in the UK !
Latest estimate is `expected in 7 days`....but 3 days ago it jumped from 3 days to 10 days.

Ho hum.

So I checked the UPS website last night before I went to bed, still was in a holding pattern. Woke up this morning and it's now OUT FOR DELIVERY!! So I know there's an early route that passes through my neighborhood sometime around 11am, but if not on that truck it'll come around 6.

Trying now to patiently wait....:rolleyes: and you bet, will definitely post my first reactions in the "I've got mine" thread.

Had it not been for the HTC supply issues, I would have assumed it would have went down similar to when I got my 3vo when those of us that preordered got ours a day early. Or maybe was this some sort of HTC plan to drum up some more enthusiasm for the brand???? (kidding) LoL.
 
UPS tracking says it is out for deliver. Only bad thing is that all roads coming to my house are closed due to flooding. It feels like I just got a lump of coal on Christmas morning.
 
Mine is out for delivery today too....but I'm leaving for work in an hour and won't be home until late tonight. It's going to be extra tough getting through this work day.
