Omnia i910. Thought it was cool when I first got it, but got tired of it after 3 months. Putting SPB Mobile shell on it made it bearable until I got the Eris.

Started off with T-mobile in 2002 with this...

The Samsung Omnia (version 1)
Verizon's official iPhone killer, which you could do nothing to. I bought it with my $100 off, for $100. and after three month phone was selling for $75. When I got my Eris in Feb (a year later) the phone was selling for $29.99 lol
I hated the phone so much, but love my Eris Factory Reset 2.1 :-)

i sold my omnia the day i bought my eris in january 2010 for $150.00 and the guy was exstatic but it was a brand new replacement handset from asurion.

plus if you upgrade your phone via Big Reds website, they take off an additional $100 off for purchasing with 2yr plan on the internet just a heads up for future reference i got both my omnia and my eris for Free.99 lol

Let's see, this is my phone history, since 2007.

GSM Motorola RAZR V3 - Unicel

Motorola-Razr-V3.jpg

Great battery, easily modifiable. Other than that, not much was great about it. It was pretty slow, the camera was sub-par, it would only hold 50 SMS messages, 8 MB of total memory, and it would crash. A lot. The heat from it being in your pocket was enough to make it shut off and restart. You can also purposely make it overheat by rubbing it to create friction and it crashes.

GSM Nokia E63 - Unicel

My first smartphone. Despite it having some shortcomings, it was an infinite improvement over the RAZR, because it was actually competent. It was cool having a memory card for pictures, having very good video quality, and nearly 1500 SMS storage. I wouldn't delete my messages for months. The battery life was insane. It could last 4 days on a single charge with it connected to the cellular network. With it in offline mode, it lasts weeks. Definitely worth the $200 I paid for it on Amazon.

Then I got my Eris because my parents became fed up with Unicel's lame coverage and decided to move to Verizon.
