Help the screen shut down for half second

when I use my phone to make a call or surf on the net play game etc

my screen turn black for half second ?

on a game the game turn in pause

any idee? that a new problem. ..

I have this phone for a mounth now

and at the start my phone don't do that.. .

Hi martinc67. Does this happen just when you load an app on your phone? I think its just the phone switching from whatever app you have running and loading the new one. I'm sure its not a big deal.

on a game I play or for example when I dial a phone number sometime I don't have time to finish the number ...

Sounds like a software bug. Have you rooted your phone? I would look in to that. A lot of the ROMs we have now have corrected the majority of our frequent issues with our phones.

If you aren't interested in rooting then I would suggest contacting ZTE and see if they will replace your phone.

my phone is stock

and I live in Canada, I buy the phone at public mobile (company similar to boost)

we don't have services for ZTE in Canada only with public mobile but for a problem like mine the company do nothing

Oh okay. The best thing you can do now is go back to where you bought it and ask for an exchange.
