The Tablet Tavern

First thing I do with a new device is root and make a nandroid backup of stock so I always have a place to go back to. Unrooted backups don't really restore anything but data and settings. In that case I recommend backing up you personal files, SMS database and starting from scratch. It's a pain but you'll get better results.

Who has a HSPA+ connected Nexus 7?

Can I pull the sim from my one x and stuck it in the nexus? I have family share plan...

I live in a small town just outside Sheffield (only 15 miles) and, when it snows here, we get cut off - the buses stop running and (because of the roads up here) it can be quite dangerous to drive.

We have our own micro-climate here too... it can be bad here (catch the bus in to town in your wellies) and, by the time you get to town, there's nothing!!

According to geography ireland is has a cool temperate oceanic climate but i beg to differ, as every month it gets colder and colder.
