Root theme and skin help

so im running the synergy rls1 and i found a black themed flip clock and blue icon skin pack and wanted to use em buuuut... im not sure how to go about it heres the link

1. put the zip's on the root of your sd card....
2. wipe cache and dalvik cache....
3. flash zip....
4. reboot....
5. turn phone off and go back into your recovery...
6. repeat steps 2 through 4 for the other zip...

and you should be all set....

Themes are applied like this if its an update.zip. now skins are side loaded with astro or estrongs. Put the skin on your SD card, open said file manager, locate your skin file, select and install. Go under the personalize tab and find the skin you just installed, select apply. Easy peezy mac and cheezy!
