Root |THEME| Droid X Notification Bar/Framework, Detox from XDA

Dude, this Theme was so much more than I expected. I love the fond, lock bar, notification, dialer, all of it. My only disappointment with it was that it seems to make Skyfire really unstable. However, I switched back to the stock browser and all is well. I really like this update.
 
Do you just install the zip over any current rom? I tried it but I have cm6 and it didn't work and I had too do a restore
 
I tried it on the stock ROM after the OTA update and had a bunch of FC issues. Wasn't stable at all so I went back to stock.
 
yeah, I tried it with OTA and no go. Downgraded my bootloader back to stock and now I have it working. Not going to put OTA back on as the real one should be out soon.

Question for anyone: If you are running a theme like this, how do you or can you revert back to stock one ?

Only way to revert is to flash another theme ( stock if there is one ) or restore your backup. There is no way to "remove" the theme you have applied.
 
So far I am loving this theme, but the link is down in the main post so I downloaded the one with the music player fix, everything works except my signal bars did not change, they ate still the default sense signal bars. Did I do something wrong or is that how it should look? Also can you fix the link and can I run the other update.zip over the current one or do I need to remove it first? Thanks

Edit: Figured it out. Any chance someone could photoshop or change the colors of the signal bars, 3g, 1x, sync, and wifi bars so they are easier to see? That's the only thing lacking, that and how blurry the phone dialer keypad looks, maybe someone could clean that up a little too. Thanks again
 
Kingnerd, any chance you fix the color issues I talked about a few posts back? This is the only thing lacking for this theme, wouldn't others like to see this fixed also?
 
Alright, this is as good as I can get it.

What works:

Most of it.

What doesn't:

The stock android music widget. Not sure why it broke.

Whats themed:

Most of it.

Whats not:
Mail widget. Its different enough that it needs to be rethemed I think.

I don't think I missed anything else, but I've spent all the time I am gonna on it. Someone else can finish it up if there are changes to be made. I am no themer and I've already spent several hours on this and I don't even care for it in the first place.
