Really! so when you hold the power button down and the menu pop's up what does it show. There should be six options.
Silent/Vibrate
Airplane
Power off
Reboot
Recovery
Download
This is what you should see.

When you pull down the notification screen, is it supposed to be icons for wifi, sound..etc? If not, then everything is perfect, transparent screen, changed icons, detailed beautifully not to mention the phone responds perfect. if there is supposed to be icons inside the notification screen, there isn't any.

Are you talking about clickable switches to turn on wifi, sound/vib/silent, gps, and airplane mode?
the prevail does not use those switches in the notification bar. Some phones do, like the optimus.

OMG! That never even crossed my mind. That is not a part of my theme. I will update the OP soon to state as much.
It is called widgetsoid it's in the market and FREE
I can post my settings to achieve that look ( if you want ) It's kinda tricky. But you can put alot of different toggles in there. It works like one big button that opens a pop up menu with the toggles in there.

hey blue, I hate to sound picky, but curious, I really like the v2 look. but with the blue as mentioned, I do not care for the htc theme but I like some of the functionality your going with on v4. such as the power menu, very very handy. I am not sure what the changed settings bar is though Not sure how the transparent notification works, but willing to say yes to it too. Now I know to do all those making it a one-off may be difficult an if you cant or dont want to thats fine.im thinking honeycomb.
I understand, I am not in a hurry, I have your v2 and im not bored of it.
again im not in a super rush.
just dont make too many cool new features that are "must haves"

No I love the feedback. Keep it coming. But I cannot take any credit for the power menu mod or the transparency tweaks. That was all the hard work of the mighty Bloodawn. I just created my own icons for the menu.
And I haven't forgotten about you new. I had some ideas brewing while I was at work. I'm really motivated to start working on a new theme. And yours is next. got any ideas for a name?
Looking great blue, really enjoy this theme .. I look forward to your next project the blue coloring would be great .. though I happen to like the HTC styling
One thing i see on the current theme .. when i open menus in certain apps .. like menu/more in titanium backup the menu and font are both white so it is not readable untill selected

Yeah I'm working on a fix for that. Thanks for letting me know.
cool you are the man .. if not seen yet the clear button in notification screen has the same issue

lol Im very bad at naming, I go for names that tell exactly what it is. for example my cwm backups are in folders named prevail stock.
prevail with shabby.9 modded my way, etc. lol

I have fixed the white menu on white text after you press the "more" button in the pop up menu. It is now just like the other menu. Semi black transparent with white text. YAY
Also fixed the clear notifications text. It was also previously white on white . Now the button is white and the "clear" text is black. YAYx2
Like I said before I'm not dev/coder so this is a nice little breakthrough in my themeing/learning process. So thank you guys for helping me with this
Gotta work and it's late so will upload V4.1 with fixes tomorrow afternoon. Just thought I'd let you know It's comin'

oooo got it... didnt look into in all first, i was tryin to do it like the others, i just seen v4 and wanted it because v3 is great!!
Also i wanted to know should i have took v3 off and then put v4cwm on and if so how do i remove v3? the reason i ask is because i was only usein about 64MB on internal and now after its up to about 82MB. i just want to make sure i did it right but also if i ever want to put someone else's theme on, should i be doing to take the old theme off or when i flash it it will just take it off.
but hey i want to try and start makein some themes of my own and was readin up on it... could you tell me how you got started and where did you get the stock theme template from.

I went right from v3 to v4 no need to remove it makes all the changes it needs .. the notification button was fixed in the next version to be released later
