VeloCyan Theme for Velocity 1.1

A Cyanogen inspired theme for Velocity 1.1, you can choose below whether to download the UOT or VelocityMorph format. Please note that the current VelocityMorph version is a barebones beta and will be continually updated until the final release.

We expect a full VelocityMorph release of this theme to be ready soon.

Instructions:

UOT Version:

Boot to recovery.

(Optional but recommended) Wipe cache & dalvik-cache (do not factory reset!).

Flash theme from flash zip menu with signature verification off.

Reboot phone.

Post in here if you like/dislike it, all criticism is welcome.

Copy or move the zip file to the /VelocityMorph folder on your SD card.

(Ignore if using stock theme!) Use the Velocity Toolkit Script to flash back to the stock theme (needed to view all changes).

Choose the SD card install option in the theme selection menu of the script.

Choose #1

Enjoy.

Is there something wrong with the link? I'm downloading it with my ally and I haven't got to the point where it gives me a percentage its just giving me the starting animation you get when you first start a download

Stock browser does not like .zip format. Might i suggest Dolphin Browser Mini or similar?
 
I couldn't get anything to download with Skyfire since it updated. Stock works fine though.

I love the theme, but my phone gets really slow after i clear dvalac (i'm sure i spelled that wrong). So i'll ignore it till i don't have to clear.
 
It's only slow on the first boot because it rebuilds the dalvik-cache, other than that it shouldn't affect performance at all. Also it may be worth noting that alot of people successfully flash these UOT themes without wiping the caches and have no issues.

I'll make a recovery and check it out then. It is an awesome theme.
However, after I cleared davlik, my phone was slow for days on the homescreen till I uninstalled it and redid it. I know it should rebuild, but it seems like it won't.
 
It seems to work fine on my Ally, I wipe them every time I flash a theme and I've flashed 10 or 12 over the last couple days with no speed decrease I can notice.
 
It was just that one time and I have been fighting other problems, so I'm probably overreacting. I'm about to check it out. Thanks
 
No problem :)

Just a small update, used a barebones VelocityMorph version compiled by j2cool just moments ago and everything appears to be on track so far.

For now if you have a VelocityMorph enabled theme you can put it in the /VelocityMorph folder on your SD card and use the Velocity Script to apply the theme.
 
There are none yet available for VelocityMorph besides the OTA ones included in the script. I believe this will be the first :)

edit: Once themes are finished they are added to the OTA by Savoxis so this wont be the "first" technically.

I'm having trouble downloading it. I blame the service. I'll dial *288 or whatever it is and try again lol
 
I'm impressed! Loving the window transitions and just everything else! I haven't noticed any problems and will post if I find anything. Thanks guys you did a good job!! :D
 
Thanks, gonna start work on the UOT base theme for a SuperGreen theme this weekend. Also look for some surprises in the final release of VeloCyan ;)

Will the boot animation be available in the VelocityMorph version? I'm hesitant about flashing because my MMS keeps breaking when I do it. I don't really see why though.
