Haha! You know you have a good theme when people won't flash a ROM that the theme isn't available for! Nice job Stewart...you screwed up the natural order of things! :D

I'm just the type of person that can't say no. I hope to have something out soon. One thing, are you able to change notification colors, clock, etc?
 
Or I can theme a rom, and he can change the code to have them white... whatever works best. Let me know. On hold.

I've been asked to have a theme ready for Sapphire 1.0 too, so hopefully both can go pretty smoothly tonight.

Yes, it's that good, lol.:D I'm not too big on single color themes but more into exactly what Stewart has created, high quality colorful images. And as far as the notification text colors go, I'm not that worried. I believe it's just a matter of changing the services.jar.

Shot him $5 this morning. Not bad for a cheap ass that doesn't usually "buy" software. This Android thing is gonna be the death of me. :)
 
Hey stewart thanks a bunch for porting your theme to my rom and that liquid icon you made looks great to along with the theme as well keep up the great work plz respond to pm then :)
 
By the way, if any of you would like to post screens, please do. I don't get to see my work on other roms. I stay loyal to CM. Haha...

Here are a couple of observations for WM'D on Liquid's ROM.

1) When you install it, Clockwork says

"Installing Theme...
BLuEBeRRY FroZeN YoGurT"

Not a big deal...just saw it...so I'm reporting it ;)

2) White on black text on the status bar Date, Time, Ongoing Notifications. (the two temperature notifications in the pictures below are individually changed to be white).

3) Would prefer the white text on black background for the notifications.

4) The white 10% battery indicator that was on the ROM is gone now.

5) The watermarked "Liquid" logo on the status bar retains some red instead of being grayscale like the rest of the WM'D logos I've seen. Looks "blurry" on the pics below.

6) Twitter version 1.0.1 did not theme. Updated to version 1.0.2 and tried to apply the theme again but It didn't work. I'm guessing you are currently theming version 1.0.0?

Other than those ROM specific things. Version 3.0 looks fantastic! I love some of the new icons (email, clock, etc.)!

I know that Liquid is working on version 1.3 of his ROM (currently testing I think) but as I know it, it will be essentially the same as 1.2 but he is using the FRG22 proprietary files instead of the FRG01B files. So I don't know if it is better to wait on 1.3 to fix these issues.

Yeah, I just used his folder that had it, deleted all the app/framework apk's, added his original to it, and then opened and replaced the images. Probably in the META somewhere, I just don't bother to check, and not even sure how to change.

Yeah, def. He can fix them, change whatever he needs to. If he wants, I will make sure he has whatever he needs from me.
 
Oh, my Twitter I haven't updated, nor my Facebook. So many builds going around, so many updates to apk's, some listed in system on some ROM's, some not...

Would be so much eaiser if everyone went with the same setup. [As far as what is in there system/app folder and all that jazz.]

1. Looked for file, might have fixed it might not. Never tried, so if it works, let me know.
2. Are you saying they weren't themed? If so, that is because all I have ever got was complaints (not from you, from many many others) about black on black. That was why I asked about changing of font colors.
3. I don't know how to edit the code, without jacking something up. I am sure LiQuID could help out there.
4. I think when I add the %'s to the image myself, it doesn't look as clean, so I never have added that.
5. I lightened it a bit more. The reason it looks blurry, is the white across so the date/time is viewable.

I went back to stock, put on Liquid's smoke glass theme and then loaded WM'D again. His stock theme uses black text but the smoked glass and blueberry theme use white text. Obviously I have some extra things themed right now due to the overlap of his theme and yours but I have white text on black background. Scrolling notifications are the only thing that is black right now.

If Liquid were able to add the ability to change the color of the fonts...these problems would go away right? Maybe I'll just ask if he can add that into the spare parts app.

FWIW, I took the services.jar, which is where the text colors come from, from the smoked theme and put it into /system/framework/ and my text colors are white now. This helps from having theme overlap. I could just take the services.jar and edit it but this was a quicker and easier fix.
