Man, all you need is a decent launcher that has some good themes. ADW EX is my go to launcher when I want to jazz my phone up. That and Beautiful Widgets is a deadly combination if you want to customize the look of your phone.
Head on over to the homescreen thread and take a look.
Oh, i almost forgot the Zedge app. It comes in handy for some killer wallpapers. :thumbup:

I don't like the launchers that much, they make my phone kinda sluggish.

Maybe you just haven't found the right one? Hehe. Oh well, stock launcher works well too.

Like i2f said, maybe you just haven't found the right one yet. A good launcher can actually speed your phone up. Since the release of Jelly Bean, ADW EX runs just as well as the Sense launcher, if not better. It gives me all kinds of cool options too.
