after trying a transparent gtalk samething happened with me it even fc on me lots so i ended up doing a recovery.

All of mines still shows up, login to gmail from the pc and make sure they are all showing up in the gmail chat box to the bottom left.

Bump for badass inverted Google apps.

You guys really need to check these out. I use these in my themes and i love them.

I've recently seen how fast they get updated and it's almost instantly. Market sent out 2 updates in the past day or two and add soon add i got the update i went and checked and the latest version was already up.


Check this out though guys. Don't flash these, not sure if you even can but don't. The apk names are not the same as ours. What i do is just rename the apk and over write the current. Like play is called phonesky.apk which is the old apk name, but ours is Vending.apk. Just change the name to what your going to install and paste it and over write it. Then reboot.

This way you don't have 2 of the same install with different names. That can be a headache.
 
i got a black out gtalk but fc on my esteem not sure why ive tried to set permission and what not but still fc so i went back to stock gtalk like i said b4 almost all my phone is transparent even status bar at top

mms semi transparent is better, i have to get with ldrifta and see if he can get this mms going. here are the transparent background image i made.

It's the transparent background im trying to get on the mms, that was made with photo shop and edited with gimp.
 
not sure if on permission are we suppose to have some checked and the other unchecked? i suppose we could compare stock app permissions and try to set the aftermarket ones the same way..... just a thought may or may not work. and nuttmeg thats looking bad ass buddy!
 
this is what i would like to have for my sms screen but seems its actually the system.apk since shiny's cyan theme has a modded system.apk that changes the background along with the bubbles.
