Very good reading Ocn linked you. That really is all you need to get started, the hard part ( for me anyway ) is finding the time.
Read, read, then read some more. Then start asking questions, and just dive in. Once you make something, and you flash it for the first time, and it works! Major organism!

lol yah, i can tell im gonna be reading for awhile...its all good though....i think it would be fun to create something and have people use it if they wish...just like the devs that make all these ROMS....The ROMS might be a lil much for me but i think i can handle the themes lol....i'll give it a whirl anyways
