Help This one takes the cake after update

after i updated my htc evo now when people call me i hear them talking while the phone is ringing without me pickin up . now thats crazy.....not sure if thats a g0od thing or a bad thing . i did ask if they can hear me and they told me they dont so thats a g0od thing . anyone else has this problem, could it be the airwave mixed with that new update ...

yep...my phone does the same thing ..but its always done it since the day i got it
