Help Thunderbolt Font size

Any way to increase the font size on a Tbolt? The text messages are tiny. I would like to increase the size on the whole phone, it has a big screen but tiny letters. Thanks

The font size didn't work for me. It only worked within the spare parts application. Did I do something wrong?
