Thunderbolt or iPhone 4???

99% sure.. it is the scorpion CPU.
otherwise, what a dump move!
 
Its based on personal preference. If you like iOS then go iPhone obviously. I am currently using both Droid X and iPhone 4 and seeing what I prefer most. There are definitely good points and bad points about both.
