ahhh. you are checking the md5 of the hboot iself inside the .zip file. this is prolly why it is giving you an error trying to read the "no hboot" file,as it contains severl different images,each of wich will have their own md5.
check the md5 of the zipped downloads and you should get the correct md5 sums. i just downloaded and verified hboot only,the copy of no hboot i have on my pc(the one i uploaded) and i am downlaoding it just to be sure. wupload is slow,says its got an hour left. Ill let ya know when its done,but you should be good to go if you checked the ziped files
